A Stress Relief and Management Session was conducted in collaboration with Don Bosco Migrant Services (DBMS) and the Institute of Mental Health (IMH), Chennai on 27th November 2025 at the CTRL – DC-2 Board Room, Ambattur, Chennai. The program aimed to equip employees with practical tools and awareness to manage stress effectively and to promote overall mental well-being in the workplace.

The session covered key aspects of stress identification, coping techniques, emotional regulation, and practical relaxation exercises. Facilitators emphasized the importance of work-life balance, early identification of stress symptoms, and seeking timely support when required.

Participants actively engaged in discussions and activities that encouraged self-reflection and awareness. The interactive nature of the session enabled them to better understand the causes of stress and adopt healthier coping mechanisms.

At the end of the program, participation certificates were distributed to all attendees as a recognition of their involvement.

Outcome

The session contributed to fostering a healthier, supportive, and more balanced workplace environment. Participants gained valuable insights into managing work-related stress, which is expected to enhance their overall productivity and well-being.
