On 23 December 2025, Don Bosco Migrant Services (DBMS), Chennai, organized a Staff Christmas Celebration at Don Bosco Anbu Illam, Kodungaiyur. The celebration was a meaningful occasion dedicated to appreciating the commitment and service of the DBMS team while embracing the joy and spiritual significance of the Christmas season.
The programme began with a Holy Mass, setting a reflective and prayerful tone for the celebration. The gathering provided staff members with an opportunity to come together in gratitude, thanksgiving, and spiritual preparation for Christmas. The Mass emphasized the values of love, peace, humility, and service—principles that guide the mission and work of DBMS.
Following the Holy Mass, the celebration continued with gift-sharing and festive activities that fostered joy and mutual appreciation among the staff. Fr. Simolin, Director of DBMS, personally distributed gifts, calendars, and cakes to the team members as a gesture of gratitude for their dedication and tireless service throughout the year. This thoughtful gesture strengthened the sense of recognition and belonging within the organization.
