Introduction
On January 6, 2025, an awareness session on Stress Management and Internal Committee Policy was conducted for migrant laborers at Roop Automotive Plant 2, Sriperumbudur. The session was organized in collaboration with the HR department of Roop Automotive, with special support from Mrs. Indhumathi, HR representative. The initiative aimed to enhance the well-being of migrant workers by equipping them with essential stress management strategies and educating them on workplace policies to ensure a healthy and supportive work environment.
