Testimony of Participant
"My name is Manu Kumar, son of Bolitha Devi, and I am from Bihar. I was traveling back home from Gummidipoondi by truck when the driver unexpectedly dropped me on the way. I was left stranded, uncertain of how to return. I intended to go back to Gummidipoondi, where my mother works, but I could not remember the way. Feeling lost and frightened, I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. G. Atio, a staff member of the Don Bosco Migrant Service.
Mr. Atio kindly took me to their Migrant Service Centre, where I was given a safe place to stay overnight. The following morning, Mr. Atio helped me reunite with my mother. I am truly grateful for the timely and compassionate assistance provided to me.
I am so happy to have been able to reach my mother safely, thanks to the support of Don Bosco Migrant Service. Their help made a significant difference in my life, and I will never forget the care and kindness they showed me during that difficult time."
