Since around a year ago, Mr. Bony Boss Gonmei has held the positions of manager and hair stylist at Natural Saloon in Phoenix Mall.
I received a call from Bony and Joyce on May 27, and they talked about the problems. On May 24, HR, Mr. John, gave them a call and broke the news that they had been fired due to false accusations. Additionally, he stated that there was a cash shortage at the cash counter because Bony Boss Gonmei had drunk alcohol in the saloon. Joyce Gachui, a lady They were fired the following day after asking about the proof but receiving no response from HR. He intimidated them into accepting the accusations.

On May 27, 2023, Bony and Joycee called us. They claimed that after dealing with their problems, things was going smoothly until they unexpectedly received a call from HR. On May 24, 2023, (Mr. John) invited them to the office at the company’s headquarters in Nungambakkam, Chennai. When they arrived at the workplace, HR informed them that they had drunk alcohol at the saloon, according to Bony Boss Gonmei, and that there was a cash shortfall, according to Mrs. Joycee Gachui. She claimed that it was very difficult and painful to obtain these kind of false accusations from HR.

They informed HR that these requests were incorrect, and he was asked if there was any supporting documentation, but he withheld it from them. However, HR fired them from their jobs that very day. They were even intimidated by HR, who said that if they didn’t accept the accusation and remain silent, Tamil Nadu would put their names on a blacklist, making it impossible for them to get employment elsewhere. On May 26, 2023, Mr. Bony Boss Gonmei was in the Phoenix mall looking for new opportunities after they lost their jobs, but he received a call from Mrs. Vandana, the Natural Saloon’s Incharge Lady, telling him to leave the mall right now.

They told HR that these REQUESTED are wrong and requested the HR if there is any evidence but he did not reveal to them. But HR terminated them from job on the same day itself.  HR threatened even told them to accept the allegation and keep quiet or else their names will be black listed in Tamil Nadu so that they don’t even get any job anywhere else.  Since they lost the job  Mr. Bony Boss Gonmei was in the Phoenix mall looking out for other opportunity on 26th May 2023 but he got a called from Natural saloon Incharge lady Mrs Vandana and ordering him to leave the mall immediately.

She was labelled a thief by Mr. John.When she arrived at the workplace, he didn’t immediately call her Joycee. She complained that it hurts so much to hear my HR refer to her as a thief for no apparent reason. Even with the full team, the aforementioned accusations have not been properly investigated or discussed. They lose their employment abruptly and for no good cause, leaving them defenceless

Also to Mrs. Joycee Gachui, who was warned not to come to work but claimed to be at home and not even leave the house that day while claiming to have CCTV evidence of her visit to Phoenix Mall. With no income to support the family and no job, they are in a desperate situation. They lose their jobs abruptly, without justification, without being paid a salary, and without even being given a warning period. They are defenceless. The family is run by them. In Chennai, they have children, rent to pay, food to buy, etc.

Mr. John from HR met with Mr. Augustine and Mr. Deepak at the corporate office to discuss the problems, and he was prepared to settle their salary and employment terms as well.
