On the 8th of September, the Don Bosco Migrant Services (DBMS) team organized a mental health awareness program in Pudupettai village. The session was specifically tailored to the migrant community, with participants hailing from Jharkhand, Bihar, and Odisha. The primary aim of the program was to raise awareness about mental health issues, reduce stigma, and provide resources for coping with mental stress, particularly for migrants who often face unique challenges in adjusting to new environments.

The awareness session had 20 participants, all of whom were migrants residing in Pudupettai. The session was facilitated by Mr.CasimirToppo and Bro. Adeep, both experienced in working with migrant communities and knowledgeable about the mental health challenges faced by vulnerable populations.
